Write to jonathan.holmlidh@gmail.com. Include the country, the salary and the settings you used, and, for a rule that you think is wrong, a link to the official page that shows the current position. Do not send payslips, tax returns or personal identity numbers. Netpay never receives your data, and a salary with the other details is enough to reproduce a result.

What to write about

The most useful messages are one of these:

• A rate, threshold or allowance that differs from the tax authority's page.
• A result that differs from an official table or an official example, with the table and the row.
• A layout or accessibility problem, with the browser and device you use.
• A privacy or cookie question. Because Netpay does not store your inputs there is nothing to export or erase on our side; the privacy page explains what is stored in your browser.

What we cannot do

We cannot give tax or legal advice about your own situation, check a payslip, or explain a decision of a tax authority. Ask your payroll department, an accountant or the tax authority of your country for that.
